About Durp Berd

Durp Berd is a photography brand based in Washington State, United States. For privacy questions, email Durp Berd.

Browsing the photography

This site displays photographs, project galleries, session information, and links to an inquiry form. It has no on-site payment checkout, newsletter signup, or visitor-upload form. Gallery controls run in your browser. The site does not save your photo-viewing choices to a visitor database.

Photos and fonts are served with the website. We have not installed analytics tools, advertising pixels, or embedded social feeds.

When you inquire

You can start by email or choose the session-details link to open a separate Notion form. That form asks for names and email, session type, personal or commercial scope, desired deliverables, collaboration preferences, goals, film preferences, expected image quantity, environment, and an expected date. It also offers hair and makeup, styling, referral details, and optional reference-file uploads.

Your submitted information is handled in Notion for Durp Berd to review the request, plan a consultation and creative brief, discuss timing and pricing, and communicate about a potential session. Unconverted inquiries may also receive follow-up or re-engagement emails during the retention period described below. You can ask Durp Berd to stop those emails by replying to the correspondence. Do not upload information you do not want included with your inquiry or private information about other people without their permission.

The portfolio itself does not receive or store the form submission. If you subsequently communicate by email, your email address, message, and any attachments are handled through the domain email account used by Durp Berd. Apple iCloud Mail handles the domain mailbox, and Apple’s email software is used to read and manage correspondence.

Who can access inquiry information

Durp Berd’s operator currently handles inquiries and correspondence without other team members. Notion and Apple process information through their services under their own terms and privacy policies. Submitted inquiries are not intended for publication in the public portfolio.

Portfolio photographs are public: anyone can view or download the published image files. The website is not a private client-delivery area. The email address behind the contact links is also publicly accessible.

Services involved

External services may process information in countries other than your own. This notice does not promise a particular hosting location or account-specific international transfer arrangement.

Retention and privacy requests

Information from inquiries that do not become bookings is kept for approximately three months for follow-up or re-engagement, then purged. This timeframe applies to unconverted leads. Booked-client records are archived to maintain a history of the work and correspondence, with no fixed deletion date currently set. You can ask about retention or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing Durp Berd. If you have already been in contact, you can also reply to that correspondence.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a privacy regulator. Requests concerning your account with a third-party service should be directed to that service.

Cookies and updates

See the Cookie Policy for the current use of browser technologies and hosting security. This notice will need to change if the site’s features or data handling change.
